

Silence isn’t emptiness — it’s space for yourself. Sometimes it feels louder than any sound because it lets you truly hear your own thoughts.
For me, moments of silence are a chance to pause, slow my mind, and just be. It could be early in the morning before the world wakes up or late at night when everything is calm.
In those moments, I love sitting with a cup of tea, watching the flicker of candlelight, or simply breathing and feeling that quiet. These little pauses give me the energy to keep going.
