I hope you have a lovely week :3 Stay safe and healthy but I encourage you to get outsidee for a walk if you can finnd the timee. I’ve been going almost dailyy for a couple of weeks and I feel sooo good. I haven’t felt depressed *knockk on woood* in days and I’ve been sleeping much better now that I’ve been getting rid of some energy I kind of treat each day like I’m in schoool. I wake up and brush my teeth, I eat breakfast and get ready for the day. I pack a lunch and then I makee myself leave the house and exercise plus I try to learn something new. I come back home and smokee while watching a couple shows and then I have the best sleep ever :) I hope I can quit smokingg before bed one day but right now I’m just proud of myself for going on my walks 🥰 And even if you don’t get outside I still hope you have a happy Monday 😘
