My whole life I have struggled with anxiety and depression. I was put on medication for it last year and it helped me exponentially. That doesn’t mean I don’t go without my bad days though. 🤷🏼♀️ It’s another reason why I’m such a firm believer in kindness. A little goes a long way because you never know what someone may be dealing with. I’m sure many of you can relate to my issues and I truly feel that it helps make us better people. Mainly because we can empathize and understand. I’ve had a few bad days but I will not let it destroy my happiness or steal my joy for the future. If you’ve been struggling recently like me, just give yourself a hug and say some positive affirmations. And know I’m right there with you! ❤️ Happy Friday everyone.
