I put on the lidocaine cream, wait 30 to 45 min, wash it off, dry, repeat. 3 times minimum. No eating, only water, the more hydrated I am the better, and when you eat fluids travel from your blo od to your stomach. I'm going to head over to the testing facility in a few minutes!
