With over 200 fans here and over 10,000 followers on Instagram - all since late May 2020 - I can’t help but feel a little overwhelmed from time to time! I’m a simple country girl who runs a farm, tends to countless animals, cares for two elderly relatives and who is on call 24/7 for a family who are, to be polite, hard work. A few years ago, my Dad left my elderly Mom and the farm for a younger woman and left me to pick up all the pieces. I’ve battled on through financial hardship and enormous stress and pressure to stay afloat and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the income I’m now generating through my content here. I’m so lucky to have you all and I want you to know how much I appreciate you and how committed I am to continue making top quality content even whilst managing my hectic life in the real world. You deserve it! ❤️ So if I ever go quiet for a couple of days, don’t panic and think, “She’s packed it in!” but know that I’m probably dealing with some sort of catastrophic incident that requires my undivided attention. Anyway, just wanted to get that off my chest and make sure you’re all happy with the amount and quality of content that I’m producing right now. It’s been a super super busy month and it’s a wonder I’m still standing (it was still dark when I started work today) but I am a big, squidgy, expandable superwoman after all! Love you all, EATEE x
