Sometimes it's slow and sensual, sometimes it's a little dorky, sometimes it's casual, sometimes it's hard. Sometimes I get frustrated cause I can't name the emotion I want to channel or I feel blocked, but that's ok. Or sometimes my body is creaky and trembles and feels weak. So on the days that I'm in it, I truely am *in it*.
