I feel like this is gonna be a good year for me, but maybe I'm just on an up swing. But isn't all there ever was to begin with? Just ups and downs. With the inherent subjectivity of trauma, all anyone can hope for it to be able to enjoy the ups, and take care of themselves durring the downs.
