OMG I want to share this publicly but I am showing my little boobies, so y'all are the only ones that get to hear this most important message. Last year I was diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (a genetic condition making it where I cannot build PROTEIN which effects collagen) and leads to LOADS of other co-morbidities and one of those is called MCAS >>Mass Cell Activation Syndrome.. In march I went on the antihistamine diet and over the holidays I having a "flare" and my sweet gf came to cook for me.. I knew I shouldn't have tried the avocado but it looked so yummy, and I LOVE them.. this video shows the reaction... this is one reason I work with, and connect my clients with holistic health drs. our bodies are each so unique and they change day to day. maybe this will help you if you are dealing with inflammation, hives or any skin irritations.
