Starting to set the alarm for 8am again to get into the habbit of getting up early. I also haven’t worked out in ages, what with the two sickness around Christmas and then the follow up illness in January. Also I’ve not been in the mood honestly. I’ve felt pretty down from it all and just everything else. Very de-motivated. That’s going to change though. Now that I’ve made some decisions I can already feel my mood changing. So once I’m used to these 8am rises it’s back to some walks and work outs again. I know I will feel better for it and have more energy.
