Early morning check-in faces πŸ₯² you guys seemed to be interested in the weekly check in post idea so here's a lil update of where things are at and hopefully answers a few questions too ☺️ This morning marks week 16 check-in of my first official off season (I've been in a steady gaining phase since the back end of 2021 but didn't decide to commit to competing until the end of last year). Current weight has been hovering around 76-77kg for the last few days which is also the heaviest I've been. My coach and I are both very happy with the current visuals so food will be kept the same for now (3812 kcal training day and 3301 kcal non-training day) - for a 5 ft 6 female I surprisingly need a LOT of food to grow πŸ˜‚ The plan is to continue to push up for another couple of weeks and then we'll be entering a body recomp phase. The original plan was to diet for around 8-12 weeks and drop 10kg then continue to push til the end of the year but now goals have changed slightly and PEDs have been introduced which changes things a bit! I decided to start my first PED cycle 4 weeks ago because I want to compete in the figure category so a little bit of assistance is likely needed to achieve the look I'm aiming for. Initially I was aiming to compete in toned figure but have recently seen some of the athletic figure girls competing and THAT'S what I want to achieve now. I'm currently running 10mg anavar (we started on 5mg) and have 4 weeks left of this current cycle before we take a break and run bloods. My strength has been crazy, appetite has increased - which helps when I'm on so much food πŸ˜… and I've been smashing training. We're potentially looking to add in fem test depending how my test levels are sitting a few weeks after my first var cycle is up, just to push my testosterone levels to the higher end of the range but not 100% decided on this yet! Recomp should be starting in a couple of weeks and we're now just aiming to drop around 4-5kg across a few weeks and then continuing to push food til the end of the year so that I can grow big enough to compete in my chosen category 🀩 Hope this has answered a few questions but please feel free to ask about anything else you're curious about 😊 I'll plan to do these udpates once a week πŸ’–
