



It's check in day 😜 Another week of gaining has been ticked off, checked in at 77.6kg this morning - not too far off last week's weight but definitely looking thicker and fuller, I'm so in love with my current rate of growth 😈 it almost saddens me to say that my diet/recomp phase starts on Monday!! We will be dropping calories aggressively to make it a quick in-and-out tidy up phase, I will be dropping from roughly 3800kcal training day down to 2300kcal so I'm preparing myself for the shock. Cardio will be 5x25 min sessions and 10k steps a day. Im currently supposed to be doing cardio 2x20 min per week but honestly haven't done my cardio in months 🌚 but now ain't the time for fucking around anymore. We have a job to do and only 4 weeks to do it so that I can get back to growing! PED/assistance wise I am now entering week 6 of my first 8 week anavar cycle. I've now been on an increased dose of 10mg for a week and I think I'm still adjusting, I've felt a little more anxious/agitated than usual and hunger has shot up again but the same happened when I started my cycle so I'm expecting it to adjust and level out soon! From Monday I'll be adding in fat burners (clenbuterol and T3/T4) which I have no previous experience with so I'm nervous but excited to see how they push things along as I diet too.
