I haven't posted a phyqisue/training update in a few weeks so why not do it nude 🤭 I'm now 2 weeks into my mini cut/recomposition phase and I'm nearly 5kg down already!! My heaviest weight at the end of this bulk was 77.6kg a few weeks ago and as of this morning I saw a new low weight of 72.9kg. Cardio is still at 5 x 25 minutes (I usually do stairs), steps are at 10k and calories are ~2300kcal training day and 2100cal non training day. I actually took a deload these last 5 days as fatigue was hitting me hard but I should be back to training again from Wednesday. PED-wise, anavar is now out as of this past weekend. My cycle was due to end this Wednesday but seeing as I've not been training these last few days there was no need to keep it in once I recovered from last week's sessions. I'm actually already feeling a lot more chilled out and less amped up since we dropped it but not sure if that's in my head or not 😂 I will be checking my testosterone levels this week and provided that they've returned to the natural range I'm hoping to add in fem test within the next week or so to push my test levels to the higher end of the female range so I can continue making big gains while I'm off cycle. Clenbuterol and T3/T4 are also still in which is definitely pushing along the fat loss nicely 😊 Despite dropping nearly 5kg already, size is still holding and I'm still looking pretty full so can only take that as a good sign that I'm holding onto a lot of muscle 🤭 A couple of weeks to keep pushing before I go hack into a gaining phase that'll take me right up to prep in December, exciting times ahead 😈
