Good morning everyone It's Fatty Friday <3 This Friday, I want you all to weigh yourselves. This will be your new start weight. No matter how big or how small you feel, you're all going to be growing something marvellous with me <3 Each Friday, we'll do a weigh in and I'll make a detailed note of your progress. I want to make sure you're all being nourished and growing well for me, and that you all hit your goals. With that in mind, today's Fatty Friday calorie goal will be a modest one, to test the water and see how you all do. Again, I'm going to be building on this until it's as fully fleshed out as you all are; a menu or even challenge is my next move I feel. What are your thoughts?
