If you've send me a message that I haven't responded to, please don't be afraid to double message... I'm trying to scroll through and find unread messages but I have over 6000 conversations to scroll through so its proving a bit impossible. I'm really sorry about this. A lot of other creators are in the same boat as me and support are being useless
