I guess I have to state a clause so to speak: if you order any type of content from me that isn’t posted on my feed (i.e., custom vids, pics, etc.) I reserve the right to do with this content what I please. I own the content. This means I reserve the right to redistribute this content to any of my platforms. The only way that I won’t redistribute the content is if you STATE to me, IN WRITING (not implied) that you would like the content to stay EXCLUSIVE to you and your eyes only. With that exemption comes a fee. Meaning, I will charge you extra to keep it exclusive because I lose out on the residuals that I would receive from redistributing it. In closing: all content I produce is owned by me. I reserve the right to distribute said content to the platforms and individuals I see fit. Also- just because you purchase content, doesn’t mean you then own it. If YOU as the consumer distribute MY content, without my written consent, you’re breaking the law and I will file the necessary actions to have it taken down and will pursue any other actions I have to to protect myself and my content. I hope this clears it up. If you have any questions, please DM me. I had a fan who was angry that I redistributed content he purchased in a custom that he never stated was to stay exclusive.
