

You may have noticed I’ve not been online. The reason for this is because I believe I have ADHD and some symptoms lately have rendered me bed bound and needing solitude.
I’ve not been totally useless, though. I’ve read books and researched how best to boost my mental well being in a holistic and healthy way. I’ve stocked up on healthy fats, supplements and goodies. I’ve been meditating and praying. I’ve been doing yoga daily and going out for walks in nature. I’ve been to support groups and community singing events.
I’m really doing the work!
Being self-employed means I don’t get sick pay and this time off has been slightly detrimental to my finances. If you enjoy seeing my face, consider turning your subscription to “renew.” And if you can spare a tip, I’d be more than grateful. Xxx
