I am often asked what do I eat or how do I exercise to keep my figure. But it's not only what I do on the inside but also what I do on the outside that keeps me looking youthful and fit. Giving my skin time to breathe unclothed. Allowing all my exterior nerves to come online at the same time and feel sensations. Clothing numbs those nerves. Being nude, they come alive. And that lifts my spirit, fills my soul, and makes my heart sing.
