Kakslauttanen Finland: A Winter Wonderland Escape ❄️✨
Nestled deep in the Arctic, 250 km north of the Arctic Circle, I’ve found my little slice of paradise—my glass igloo at Kakslauttanen, Finland. Outside, the air is crisp, the snow glows under the moonlight, and the temperature dips to -12°C, but inside, it’s the perfect cozy haven. Wrapped in warmth, I lie back and gaze through the crystal-clear dome, hoping to watch the Northern Lights dance across the sky like a celestial ballet.
There’s something magical about being here—completely immersed in nature yet perfectly comfortable, surrounded by untouched wilderness and the soft hush of falling snow. No city lights, no distractions—just me, the stars, and the glow of the aurora above, although shrouded in clouds.
Would you spend a night in a glass igloo under the Arctic sky? Let me know in the comments! ❄️💫 #LaplandMagic #WinterWonderland #GlassIglooDream
