

In this house we don’t skip leg day. I could be all coy and pretend that I eat pizza every meal and look like this, but my body is a result of a deliberate diet and exercise regime. I skate several times a week, and I eat a high protein, low-to-moderate carb diet. High protein because I’m building and maintaining lean muscle, and also due to the thermic effect of food, you burn 20-30% of protein just digesting and breaking it down. The abs are made not from exercise, but simply from stripping the visceral fat from that area :)
