Very pleased with my midsection progress. I wish I could say it was plenty of crunches/planks, but it’s mostly eating boring food to strip away the visceral fat in this area. Ordinarily I sit at around 20% body fat but I’m aiming for around 17%. I’m doing this through watching my carb intake and increasing my protein, and (mostly) cutting out alcohol and sugary snack foods. I like how I feel at this body fat percentage - light, fit and strong. * not a doctor ** all bodies are good bodies *** you do you!
