



GOOD MORNING!!!!!! I'VE HAD SEVERAL CONSECUTIVE PAIN-FREE GYM DAYS!!!! switched stationary bike for the elliptical, and traded squat rack for leg press, added an extra 20 minutes of hamstring/hip mobility stretches, and feeling fucking GREAT!!! GOOD MORNING INDEED 😍 (these are pics from my last not-pain-free gym day and u can see it on my face LOL)
