Restriction!
Censorship of our truth and desires
Dilution of our boundaries and our No
Hiding does not protect us
Hiding only gives the *illusion of safety*

༄ How much energy do you effort to keep these parts of yourself concealed?
༄ What can become possible for you if you truly practice loving yourself 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘯𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴?
Shame is a slavery that coerces us to hide so many parts of our existence
I know how painful it is, truly. I do.
And I know that freedom from shame slavery is possible
Because I’ve created it for myself and witnessed it in those I work with
