๐น Tantra teaches us to embody our innate wholeness. ๐น
Inner wholeness implies healing perceptions/images that operate out of fear, that separate, judge, compete, and make right or wrong.
Anytime we reject some aspect of ourselves, it leaves us feeling fragmented.
It leaves us searching for something else or someone else to fix us, because there is a part of our nervous system that fundamentally feels we are a problem that needs to be fixed.
Whenever we reject a part of ourselves, we are unintentionally calling that part a 'problem.'
Whenever we "other" a part of ourselves as a problem, we create a war in our inner environment. โค๏ธโ๐ฉน๐
Our inner habitat is a family, a community. Inner culture operates with many different moving parts. When parts are at war, there is a lack of safety.
When we don't feel safe, we strip ourselves from the opportunity of actually creating any change.
Our internal culture cannot grow or change in an environment that is unsafe, at war, and contracted in fear!!
SO, my love. ๐๐ผ
All of this means we have an opportunity to welcome and WORSHIP all parts of ourselves - *through embodiment and expression.*
These are the very experiences that allow energies to alchemize on their own, ultimately leaving us with a greater sense of wholeness andโฆ
PLEASURE!!!
