THANK YOU in advance to all of you who have sent me best wishes and a SPECIAL thanks to those of you who sent me gifts and tipped me for a little extra birthday fun. It is a lonely birthday for me this year (as it has been for most of us... what an odd year it’s been!) so all that kindness and extra generosity means a lot to me.
