This is what i eat before every workout. An hour before i have 2 and a half cups of plain chex cereal with 2 scoops of whey in water instead of milk. Feeds the muscles during workout. Also i mix in my water eaas, creatine and carb powder and sip on that throught workout. Today im doing back and abs plus 40 min on the eliptical for cardio.
