

Every tuesday morning i weigh myself fasted and check in with pics and a rundown of the week to my coach for progress. This week we're at 214.2lbs. Not a big change so if i had to guess, id say we're pulling more carbs this week. We only have a few weeks left on the cut and then its time for a clean bulk to put some REAL size on.
And remember. Its not the car you drive. Its the size of the arm hanging out the window.
