

What a junk workout. 4 or 5 months into this cut i cant even remember at this point, i managed to maintain sets. This week i lost reps. I normally do front squats for 12 at 255lbs but in the vid is my last few reps and they start going to shit. Not low enough and completely failed on the 12th. I got a little angry in the vid. I threw in some other stuff for you.
