

Im already not having fun on this bulk. I'm going to bed 10 pounds heavier than when I woke up. I eat 6 times a day. 4 meals consist of 7oz of chicken or beef with 200g of rice. The other 2 are 1 cup of oats with 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 2 scoops of whey. Im bloated all day. Winded. And towards the end of the night when I'm still full from the previous meal, I have to shovel down my last meal before bed. Cutting and bulking are 2 extremes. Constantly hungry or you despise food. Now I will need to keep eye on water weight and look out for swollen ankles and monitor bl ood pressure and b lood sugar levels.
