Manual manipulation. Stretching, jelqing, hanging. These are the easiest and the most important methods, most require no equipment, and you can do them any time. Stretching is the most fundamental exercise and builds the foundation for other methods to follow. I always begin a session “warming up” with stretching. Flaccid Stretch. Grab just behind your glans with your thumb and forefinger and pull straight away from your pelvis. Hold for a count of 30 - 60 seconds and release. The only way to increase length is by stretching the ligaments that hold the penis in the body or by surgery on those ligaments. Length is the hardest thing to enlarge.
