Because at the end of the day I’m still human. It feels like my heart was ripped from my chest. Someone I was with on a nearly daily basis took their life and I’m hurting. This grief is weird because she took her life. So I’m just having a hard time processing. If you struggle with mental health, you matter, your life matters and you’re not a burden. I know people get frustrated and irritated with having to help people but that’s just life. I can 100% assure you they do not want to fucking bury you. Mental health is a battle. I know people fight for their lives everyday in their head and it’s hard. Find someone you trust and confide in them, seek help.
