I'm back home after traveling and now I'm really excited to finally get back to daily workout βΊοΈ It's hard to keep yourself in the right frame of mind when traveling. And I've lost a lot of weight lately π (my weight is now 37 kg) And I feel like I don't have enough strength and mass in my body π€ I hope the long break won't be a problem for me π« I usually always workout at home, it's easier for me to make time and focus on the exercises. And my daily workouts used to always include bands and dumbbells πͺNow I'm having a hard time even on a small weightβ¦.So I will have to go back very smoothly π₯π
