Starting the year off at 200lbs I'm now 207Ibs. The first week was one beer stick. Now that he sees the gains I've been increased to 1.5 beer sticks full so 2910cal. It's completely up to my bf how much I consume and what time I have the sticks. I have no opinion on my gains, as they're not up to me anymore.
