So I’m trying a new workout. The last two weeks I’ve been lowering the weights and focusing on Time under tension. I’m trying to lift a weight that I can do for 40-60 seconds per exercise. It’s killer!!! It’s so hard, but I’m liking the results so far…what do you think?
