Ingredients:
- 200g sushi rice 🍚
- 300 ml water 💧
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar 🍶
- 1 tbsp sugar 🥄
- 1 tsp salt 🌿
- Nori sheets 🥢
- Your favorite toppings: avocado, cucumber, salmon, shrimp, etc. 🥑🍤
Preparation:
1. Rinse the rice in cold water and boil it in 300ml of water until tender. ⏲️
2. In a small bowl mix together the rice vinegar, sugar and salt, add this to the cooked rice, mix gently and leave to cool. 🌀
3- On a bamboo mat, lay out a sheet of nori with the shiny side facing down. 🌿
4. Wet your hands in water, take some rice and spread it evenly over the nori, leaving some space on top. 💧
5. Place your favorite filling on the middle of the rice. 🍣
6. Gently roll up the roll using a mat, twisting tightly. 📜
7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. 🔪
