

My loves. I woke up to 8 messages concerned about my workout video last night and what my hypothetical weight loss goals are so I wanted to set the record straight.
My goal is not weight loss or to gain! I don't have any weight goals and I have put on 5 lbs since I started lifting. Weighing over 330 lbs without staying physically active is not a sustainable lifestyle for me. I've been lifting weights, not running around tracks and counting calories 😉 My only goal is to feel good, build a juicier ass and put on more muscle to help me feel comfy living in such a big beautiful body!
