Let me know if your subscription has renewed since the 21st of September and you haven’t received it (I will double check). If you’re on a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year subscription package you still receive the subscription renewal video based off the day you first started your package. So if you subbed on a three month package on September 14th (for example) you would receive your video tomorrow.
