finally back from vacation!! i missed my kitties so much 🥲🥲 ..
Added 2022-06-19 18:18:01 +0000 UTCfinally back from vacation!! i missed my kitties so much 🥲🥲 and not to mention YOU!! the drive there was about 16ish hours, so we woke up super early to start the drive! i was completely *dead* lol. but we started out playing roadtrip bingo! (i went with friends and my friend's parents!) my friend's mom ended up winning ofc cx i think we were all too tired and napped for quite a while! i tried to watch some anime, but the service out there was kind of bad, so i could only watch a few episodes :p i'm watching Attack on Titan finally, and i'm on season 4! :p i mostly just napped, listened to music, and played mobile games cx i usually hate being in a car for a really long time, but this drive was actually kind of comforting! we passed through indianna, ohio, and new york! i forgot that NY isn't all just cities bc all i saw for a super long time were lots of trees! we stopped at a couple road stops along the way, and i loved looking at all the silly things they had in the gift shops. cx we stopped at this super cute little burger place (their beyond burger was SO good) and told each other riddles the whole time :p it was super silly. and when we got to our hotel the first thing we did was go swimming before we slept and were back on the road again! when we finally arrived in Massachusetts we went out to Salem and explored a little bit (aNd got some yummy boba lol). we got to see the Friendship of Salem ship, although we didn't get to actually go on it bc it was closed! >_< walking along the harbor was fun bc we found a lot of cool rocks and stuff. i skipped some rocks for a little while, and then we went and sat by this little lighthouse! it was super cute! obviously we went back to the hotel and swam and relaxed in the hot tub before we woke up the next morning ^^' we then went on a few tours and to a few museums, and learned a lot about the salem witch trials (which were started bc this dude basically was like lol lemme fuck with all these people). it was super cool to hear about it all! we went to some of the shops there and i bought A LOT of things! Salem was the perfect place for me to buy all the witchy things cx and boy did i buy ALL OF IT! ^^' we went to eat at this restaurant that had the best salad??? lol and then we had our nightly ritual of swimming and hot tubbin' we went on a tour at nighttime where this lady took us to all these places and told us about the hauntings they all had, and i absolutely loved it!! i love the supernatural and ghosty stuff cx we saw the town hall where the I Put a Spell on You scene in Hocus Pocus was filmed, and the house the game Clue, Tell Tale Heart, and the Scarlet Letter was based on!! we also went to this monster museum and got jump scared by the coolest animatronics!! we went to the beautiful House of Seven Gables with the prettiest garden! then we went to the beach!! it was actually pretty cloudy and chilly, and we tried to brave it, but it was just so cold that we spent the whole time collecting shells! and we found some cool ones, plus a sand dollar!! i love the beach sososo much, and even though it was FREEZING, i had so much fun swimming! we spent the nights watching Lord of the Rings and drank by the fire on our last night! the whole trip was so much fun and i'm so grateful for the opportunity to be able to go to such a cool place. 🙏🏼💖 (booba and booty at the end, thanks for reading!!)
