







Monday Morning Sunhine ☀️✨ This week I would love for us to move our bodies~ let’s try to find fun and easy ways to move our bodies and get active. During my work breaks I will be doing yoga while using the time to decompress. I will also be taking the stairs instead of the elevator just to get a few steps in. I am officially 45lbs down and my lab results say my body is happy. Yay yay! #fyp
