Yknow having massive lips that you could actually lift and wobble with your hands, maybe even being able to lift up then plop back onto your chest they are so big. everything wobbling heavily due to just how much you forced everything to grow. being unable to really talk except for just overexaggerated smooching noises. potentially even the idea of the lips becoming more sensitive with each expansion. every inch. every plump up. just making you more horny and stimulated each time. God thats the type of stuff that can cause a brain rot to go haywire lol. at that point the only thing you'd want to do is just play with and smooch anything in sight just so you can enjoy how it feels. Along with that what if its slightly contagious too. Each person you kiss their lips start growing too.
