Today we are making one of my favorite treats made entirely from plants! Frozen bananas make the creamiest, smoothest, healthiest ice cream. Perfect for a hot hot hot summer day. Who wants a taste? *Filmed this from an incredible house in Costa Rica that I had the pleasure of staying at for many months.
