

One month difference. Right now I look like on first picture. It’s more and more difficult for me to make progress and changes. Been very busy lately slowly losing fat down but I’ve been focusing more about my performance. Some time will be focusing on running and swimming 😅😏❤️ my back got bigger bit wider shoulders but I had to stop with bodybuilding because of healthy issues
I want to focus on running more and doing anaerobic activities feeling much healthier mostly my mind needs it.
My goal is to run 100km in a day
Before a month I couldn’t run 1 kilometre now I run 20km a day easily. 😁❤️
