I am SUPER excited and proud to be able to say I have **OFFICIALLY!** been back at personal training 5 days a week for an entire full MONTH! πͺπ» This is the biggest milestone I have ever tried to do and the HARDEST thing Iβve ever tried to accomplish and get back into this far. This past year has been a freaking doosey and some of you know it. Just total and complete unavoidable and built up burn out on top of depression. Iβm moving at a lot slower paced than Iβd like but atleast I am MOVING. I was so excited to restart this journey and Iβve wanted to share every step of it and make anyone who wanted to be a part of it welcomed but I just couldnβt.. I really needed the **me** time and focus to build up this habit. I wanted to do it myself and make sure I was SOLID before I started bringing you guys alongβ¦ Some of you might not be following but some have asked personally for me to do my workout snaps and pictures again. Like I said I wanted to get a solid month under my built to build up this habit and schedule of mine. Now that weβve finally reached it Iβd love to know the interest in a ***work out club*** it would be a weekly club you can join to get individual pictures sent daily that are sexy workout theme. Possibly 1 cooking video a week of a healthy yet yummy dinner I am making for myself thatβs completely balanced and created by my trainer / nutritionist. Whoβs interested in joining my journey and maybe getting motivated to start your own? π I think we can do this. I know I can!
