I haven’t been feeling very well🥺 turns out I’ve got really low iron levels and low Vitamin D, and yesterday when I was at the gym working out, I fainted while walking on the treadmill. But I’m fine Im been given strong dose of supplements 💪. I think I need to be kinder to my self and look after myself, I didn’t even eat anything that day. Sorry for not being active but I’m much better now, I’ll be posting more contents tomorrow❤️ I hope you guys are all well and doing great! See you tomorrow!
