Some moves from my morning workout 💪🏼 - started with 3 rounds of 50 banded jumping jacks to get my heart rate up and body burning 🔥 (Love doing these at the beginning or end of my workout) 🥵 ⬇️ Alternate between ⬇️ - banded fire hydrants 3 x 15 reps each side - banded elevated single leg glute bridge 3 x 15 reps each side (driving through just one leg helps isolate the glute muscles; make sure your core is engaged while driving through your heels and hips)
