I need to get through messages here, my Skype, email etc and get in touch with everyone again. I took this video this morning. My current physique. Lean, always adding a little more muscle. But I’ve so much more potential that I haven’t even tapped into yet. Not even close. I’m so motivated and excited to end the year on a high and that’s what I’m gonna do 🫶👊
