This place was taken in Claymore Place, not far from Lougheed Mall. I spent the Christmas of 1987 here, with my aunt’s family, and that was when I had the dream that seeded my second novel, The Servants Of Need. In this edited photo, taken in 2020, I’m trying to capture what it looks like on the planet on which my sci-fi story is set.
