Added 2022-05-20 18:53:56 +0000 UTCQuick shower after sweaty run. On Memorial Day it's tradition for Crossfitters to do a workout named 'Murph' after a Navy Seal who died in service of our country. The workout consists of 1 mile run followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats and ends with another mile run. All this with a weighted vest on. So in preparation for this I have been adding in some easy runs with the vest on in order for my ankles and knees to get better acclimated to the extra weight.
