I get this all the time. 4 years ago I was so worried about it I thought there was something wrong with me. So my doctor referred me to see a specialist. When I saw the specialist and explained my concerns, he stopped for a moment, looked at my files then pushed his face close to mine as he looked me straight in the eyes and said “you should be so lucky to have this problem at your age. Go home.” I was there for like 3mins only and the doctor practically threw me out! As I headed for the door feeling confused as I thought I had a condition his voice rang out to me as he said “drink plenty of water and breathe.”
