

Sunday food. Took my time to make this heavenly Chicken and Herb casserole. A Mary Berry recipe. Going to add mashed potatoes because the sauce is so rich it needs something extra to go with it. I also made fruit salad with pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, black grapes and apples. Ate it an hour before the chicken as eating fruit soon after eating food means your body doesn’t absorb all the fruits nutrients. Now rewatching Avatar so I’m ready for part two coming out soon.
