We have to turn everything on, reconnect ourselves. Mind, body, soul. One of the ways I practice this is by intentionally and slowly massaging myself with my favorite lotions and oils. And I always start where my heart chakra is 😌💖 I love being mindfully present and connected to my body during this practice. I make it a priority to acknowledge all the sensations: the softness of my skin, the weight distribution of each individual breast in my hands, how good the air and lotion feels on my nipples…
